Usage: ftcreatedir cid={channelID} cpw={channelPassword} dirname={dirPath}

Creates new directory in a channels file repository.

Example:
   ftcreatedir cid=2 cpw= dirname=\/My\sDirectory
   error id=0 msg=ok
