Usage: setclientchannelgroup cgid={groupID} cid={channelID} cldbid={clientDBID}

Sets the channel group of a client to the ID specified with cgid.

Example:
   setclientchannelgroup cgid=13 cid=15 cldbid=20
   error id=0 msg=ok
